Thanks to its different economic model, the new French company confirms its take-off with a strong growth unlike the overall market.

After the month of January, in which the company realized its highest activity since its launch last June, the month of February continued in a same direction with increasing incomes of 75% compared to January. The first week of March is also in the same course with a monthly progress expected between 40% and 50% in comparison to February. Given the monthly growth of 45%-75%, the company foresees to exceed a turnover of 10 million Euros in 2011, against 1 million in 2010.

This increase of incomes is due to the fact that the common pool of players and bets became numerous enough to run efficiently its mutual betting system.  This allows SPORTNCO to record very good loyalty rates of its customers since late 2010, in addition to the success of its affiliate program which insures a good level of recruitment with an average of 40 new players a day.

Given the growth of the turnover and a low-cost operation mode with a very low communication budget, the company foresees to reach profitability during the second half of 2011 and to get a result that’s approaching the balance on the full year 2011.

For the record, the net profit in 2010 was -1million. Given the financial efforts linked to obtaining the ARJEL approval and the launch of its business, SPORTNCO has been able to control its losses in 2010 thanks to its careful strategy on advertising investment but also with the sales of its licensed online sport betting platform. The company plans to expand this activity abroad in 2011, including taking advantage of deregulation under way in several European countries.
